Herend porcelain collectors club for Formula 1 fans

2025. July 28.

Herend Porcelain Manufactory is launching a collectors club for Formula 1 enthusiasts.

As part of this, in honour of the 200th anniversary of the founding of Herend Porcelain Manufactory, a limited edition of 200 Herend porcelain miniature racing helmets will be released every year, during the week of the Hungarian Formula 1 GP. The numbered, unique hand-painted Herend
porcelain is a miniature racing helmet that is painted every year with the Herend pattern that is depicted by the Herend porcelain trophies made for the Hungarian Formula 1 GP of that year, and which are given to the winners of the Hungarian Formula 1 GP. The porcelain racing helmet can be purchased exclusively through the Herend Porcelain Manufactory’s online store, by order, from anywhere in the world. Orders are accepted in the order in which they are received. The miniature helmet, made in only 200 copies, is a meeting of tradition and innovation – an affordable luxury for those for whom Formula 1 is not just a sport, but also a community and lifestyle spanning continents.

The dimensions of the racing helmet, hand-painted with the 2025 Herend pattern, are: height: 7 cm, length: 10 cm, width: 8 cm.; the Herend pattern painted on it is based on “Motifs Hongrois”, which is the same as the Herend pattern painted on the Herend trophies of the 2025 Hungarian Formula 1 GP.
